  • Items purchased on clearance, discount, or special sale.
  • Jewellery that has been used, altered, or resized after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
